The Bien-Air BORA 2 LK pack combines a high-speed fibre optic turbine with a Multiflex coupling, delivering excellent reliability and enhanced cutting performance. With 20 W of power, increased torque helps you cut faster while maintaining control and consistency.

The small head improves visibility and access to posterior areas for better comfort. Its all-stainless-steel head increases durability and impact resistance. A sterilisable anti-retraction valve combined with exhaust flow anti-retraction helps reduce fluid backflow into the dental unit hoses, while the Sealed Head mechanism limits fluid aspiration into the instrument head.

The push-button includes Cool Touch heat-guard technology to reduce heat build-up and lower burn risk. An optimised rotor design and ceramic ball bearings provide improved wear resistance, lower noise and extended service life, with secure bur clamping.
