The Bien-Air Bora 2 LED is an exceptionally lightweight and precise turbine designed to deliver outstanding reliability and enhanced performance. Its updated design preserves the legendary Bora robustness (since 1991) while integrating advanced Bien-Air technology for faster cutting, improved control and enhanced patient comfort.

With Sealed Head and anti-retraction features, it supports optimal hygiene and helps reduce the risk of cross-contamination. The Accu-Spray Quattro Mix system provides 4 asymmetrical air/water sprays directed at the bur tip for improved irrigation. The Cool Touch push-button helps reduce overheating, minimising patient discomfort and burn risk. The Accu-Chuck PreciPlus drive mechanism ensures secure bur fixation and significantly reduces vibration.
