QMS Hemostatic Sponges — 40 units
QMS Hemostatic Sponges are made from pharmaceutical-grade, highly purified, biocompatible lyophilized gelatin. They are sterile, malleable and absorbable, indicated for effective control of capillary, venous and arteriolar bleeding, especially when conventional methods are insufficient.
The porous structure activates platelets upon blood contact, promoting aggregation and fibrin formation for rapid, stable and reliable hemostasis. Colloidal silver provides prolonged antimicrobial action, reducing infection risk. When used in appropriate quantities, they are fully absorbed in less than four weeks.
