DuoTEMP - Dual-Cure Temporary Filling Cement
DuoTEMP is a dual-cure temporary filling cement indicated for effective and secure temporary sealings. It is a white, eugenol-free and radiopaque material formulated with zinc oxide and zinc sulfate, providing optimal protection against leakage and bacterial infiltration.
It can be polymerized by light or by saliva activation, offering great clinical flexibility. After only 40 seconds of light curing, the material can be immediately subjected to masticatory load. Thanks to its slight expansion, DuoTEMP ensures an excellent marginal seal, using a single material designed for multiple clinical indications.
Its pleasant taste and natural tooth feel enhance patient comfort during the temporization period. As a single-component material, no mixing is required, making application quick and efficient. It also provides sufficient cavity retention and is easy to remove when required.
